Efficiency of mergers and acquisitions in the world of fashion business

Anotace:

Bachelor thesis is aimed at the mergers and acquisition process namely at the acquisition of companies made by two conglomerates, operated in luxury segment, LVMH and Kering group. The main goal of this paper is studying of mergers and acquisitions with a special attention on the field of fashion business, monitoring of acquisition types, inherent for this companies. Further I do some comparative work of these two conglomerates mostly using qualitative analysis. After summarizing available information, I give proposals, for every of this companies, in accordance with their style and current business policy.
