Tato práce pojednává o pěti civilizovaných kmenech původních obyvatelů USA, které byly v důsledku politiky prezidenta Andrew Jacksona a jeho zákona z roku 1830 o přesunu Indiánů, násilně přesídleny do rezervací na americkém středozápadě. Toto přesídlení, známé pod názvem Stezka slz, mělo své důvody, které budou v práci představeny, stejně jako nesnadný průběh a těžký dopad na život původních obyvatel …more
Abstract:
The thesis disserts on the Five Civilized Tribes of the Native Americans who were forced to relocate to the reservations on the American Midwest according to the policy of the American President Andrew Jackson and his Indian Removal Act from 1830.
