Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat dostupné literární zdroje o původu chilli paprik, jejich popis a využití. Zaměřit se dále na obsahové látky a jejich hodnocení a zpracovat statistická data o produkci chilli paprik a vhodně je interpretovat.Chilli papričky pocházejí z Ameriky, odkud byly Kryštofem Kolumbem přivezeny do Evropy. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to compile the available literature sources about origin of chilli peppers, their description and use. Furthermore to focus on the content of chilli peppers and their evaluation, process statistical data of chilli production and interpret them properly.Chilli peppers come from America and were brought to Europe by Christopher Columbus.
