This bachelor's thesis deals with a clustering algorithm. The aim is to design and~implement modifications to the algorithm that improve the accuracy and efficiency of data clustering and tree part identification. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá zhlukovacím algoritmom. Cieľom je navrhnúť a~implementovať úpravy algoritmu, ktoré zlepšia presnosť a efektivitu zhlukovania dát a~identifikácie častí stromov. Práca popisuje existujúce metódy zhlukovania, vrátane hierarchických a nehierarchických prístupov a~navrhnutý inkrementálny algoritmus s hybridnou obmedzenou pseudometrikou.
