Abstract:
Stěžejním cíle práce je seznámení se se základními problematikou ochranných známek. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou popisovány druhy ochranných známek, problematika registrace a uznání známky samotné. Značná část je věnovaná mezinárodní úpravě ochranných známek a velice důležité věci, což je porušování práv na označení, boji proti tomuto porušování a samotné vymahatelnosti práv na označení.
