Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dostupnosti sociálního bydlení na území města Prostějov pro matky s dětmi v substandardním bydlení. Text práce je rozdělen do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce popisuje problematiku rodin s osamělým rodičem. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se sólo rodičovství a s tím spojeného sociálního bydlení. Druhá kapitola vysvětluje, kdo je osamocený rodič, možnosti příčiny vzniku, zabývá se finančními možnostmi osamocených rodičů a jaké je jejich postavení na trhu práce. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části blíže specifikuje aktuální situaci dostupnosti sociálního bydlení nejen v České republice, ale především na území města Prostějov. Cílem mé práce bylo zmapovat dostupnost sociálního bydlení na území města Prostějov z hlediska cílové skupiny matek s dětmi, které žijí v azylovém domě. Výzkum byl proveden kvalitativní výzkumnou strategií, metodou dotazování, technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s bývalými klientkami Azylového domu pro osamocené rodiče s dětmi ADDAR v Prostějově. Výsledkem je zjištění o dostupnosti sociálního bydlení na území města Prostějov z hlediska cílové skupiny matek s dětmi žijících v azylovém domě a naléhavosti významu budování sociálního bydlení ve městě Prostějov.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis focuses on the issue of availability of social housing in the city of Prostějov for mothers with children in substandard housing. The text of the thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the issue of families with single parents. The first chapter defines the basic concepts related to solo parenting and related social housing. The second chapter explains who is a single parent, the possibilities of the cause, deals with the financial possibilities of single parents and what is their position in the labor market. The last chapter in the theoretical part specifies in more detail the current situation of availability of social housing not only in the Czech Republic, but especially in the city of Prostějov. The aim of my work was to map the availability of social housing in the city of Prostějov in terms of the target group of mothers with children living in the shelter. The research was carried out using a qualitative research strategy, questioning method, semi-structured interview technique with former clients of the Asylum House for single parents with ADDAR children in Prostějov. The result is a finding on the availability of social housing in the city of Prostějov in terms of the target group of mothers with children living in an asylum and the urgency of the importance of building social housing in the city of Prostějov.
