Abstract:
Tématem práce jsou věcná břemena na pozemních komunikacích. Cílem práce je blíže specifikovat institut věcných břemen s veřejnoprávním prvkem. V práci jsou podrobně rozebrány způsoby vzniku věcných břemen na pozemních komunikacích. The topic of the work are easements on roads. The aim of the work is to closer specify the institute of easements with public-law element? In the work there are elaborately analysed the methods of the establishment of easements on roads.
