Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou skončení pracovního poměru na základě jednostranných právních jednání, tedy jednání, která jsou učiněna ze strany zaměstnavatele, nebo zaměstnance. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of termination of employment based on unilateral legal acts, i.e. acts made by the employer or the employee.
