Iconography of Last Supper in Czech Lands
Abstract:
Práce je koncipována jako pokus o základní ikonografický výzkum tématu Poslední večeře na českém území, a to do doby kolem roku 1526. Zaměřuje se jak na nástěnnou malbu, deskovou malbu, reliéfy i knižní malířství a hledá určité společné ikonografické rysy. Cílem je také zjistit, do jaké míry mohla ovlivnit husitské umění a naopak. Abstract:
The thesis is conceived as an attempt for basic iconographic research of the Last Supper theme in the Czech territory until the period around 1526. It focuses on the mural, panel painting, reliefs as well as on book painting, where it searches for some similar iconographic marks.
