Capacitors implemented into the textile substrates

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na realizaci kondenzátorů na textilním substrátu převážně vyšíváním. V teoretické části je věnován prostor materiálům, metodám a technologiím výroby v oděvním průmyslu v souvislosti s e-textilem. Uvádí se zde provedení textilních kondenzátorů a jejich využití. V další části následuje návrh a realizace se zaměřením na možnosti zvýšení dielektrické konstanty, tedy i kapacity. Navržené vzorky byly změřeny a výsledné hodnoty porovnány s výpočty. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené poznatky a navrženy možnosti dalšího směřování.

Abstract:

The presented diploma thesis focuses on the realization of capacitors on a textile substrate mainly by embroidery. The theoretical part is devoted to materials, methods and technologies of production in the clothing industry in connection with e-textile. The design of textile capacitors and their use are presented here. The next part follows the design and implementation with a focus on the possibility of increasing the dielectric constant, ie capacity. The proposed samples were measured and the resulting values compared with the calculations. In the end, the achieved knowledge is summarized and the possibilities of further direction are suggested.
