Disertační práce se zabývá právem dítěte s nařízenou ústavní či uloženou ochrannou výchovou na styk s rodiči a dalšími osobami. Analyzuje právo na styk z hlediska mezinárodních i vnitrostátních pramenů práva. Dále se zabývá institucionální výchovou, zejména důvody vedoucími k nařízení ústavní nebo ochranné výchovy, účelem těchto institutů a možnostem jejich prodloužení po dosažení zletilosti. Jsou …more
