Bioinformatic analysis of RNA-Seq next-generation sequencing data

The target of this Bachelor's thesis is bioinformatic analysis of next-generation sequencing data obtained from HEK293 cells. cDNA library sequencing allows to compare RNA-seq profile between conditions and therefore had been chosen to determine role of human ZCCHC9 protein by coding gene down-regulation. Abstract:
Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je bioinformatická analýza dát sekvenácie novej generácie cDNA knižnice buniek HEK293. Sekvenácia cDNA knižnice umožňuje porovnať RNA-seq profil medzi podmienkami a bola preto vybraná pre určenie významu ľudského proteínu ZCCHC9 zníženou expresiou kódujúceho génu. Pre tento zámer bol vytvorený postup práce k analýze dát a odhaleniu rozdielnej expresie génov.
