Photography as a part of physical tasks

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce nazvané Fotografie jako součást fyzikálních úloh je připravit sadu řešených úloh a problémových situací zachycených na fotografii nebo krátkém videu. Dílčím cílem práce je ověřit sady řešených úloh a problémových situací žáky středních škol, pro které jsou úlohy určeny. Teoretická část diplomové práce zahrnuje historii fotografie a fotoaparátů, srovnání jednotlivých fotoaparátů a bližší popis fotoaparátu použitého při tvorbě sady úloh a problémových situací. Dále je provedena didaktická analýza učebnic a sbírek úloh, se kterými se žáci mohou na střední škole setkat. Podrobněji je pak udělán rozbor výskytu fotografiích v rámci tematického celku Mechanika. Praktická část diplomové práce představuje již konkrétní řešené fyzikální úlohy a problémové situace. Následně jsou tyto úlohy jako součást online dotazníkového šetření rozeslány žákům středních škol a kvantitativně vyhodnoceny. Získané odpovědi od 115 žáků středních škol jsou poté využity pro ověření tří hypotéz. Závěr diplomové práce obsahuje diskusi, kde jsou uvedeny bližší komentáře a doporučení vyplývající z online dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The main goal of this master thesis called "Photography as a part of physical tasks" is to prepare a set of solved excercices and problematic situations captured in a photograph or a short video. The partial goal of the thesis is to verify the solved tasks sets and problematic situations of high school students for whom the tasks are determined. The theoretical part of the thesis includes photography and camera history, individual cameras comparison and more detailed description of camera used for tasks sets creating and problematic situations. Furthermore didactic analysis textbooks and tasks collection, that high school students may encounter, are performed. The analysis of photographs occurence within the tematic unit "Mechanics" is made more into details. The practical part of the thesis presents already solved physical problems and problematic situations. Subsequently these tasks are sent to high school students as an online questionnaire survey and quantitatively evaluated. The answers obtained from 155 high school students are then used and they verify three hypotheses. The conclusion of master thesis contains a discussion which contains more detailed comments and recommendations resulting from the online questionnaire survey.
