Earnings system in the enterprise

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Mzdový systém v podniku“ je analýza reálného mzdového systému. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů a přístupů používaných k tvorbě mzdy a mzdového systému. Ve druhé části je reálný mzdový systému konfrontován s teoretickými poznatky získanými v první části. Na základě těchto poznatků a průzkumu provedeným v podniku jsou vyvozeny doporučení na případnou úpravu mzdového systému.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor work “Earnings system in the enterprise” is the real earning system analysis. The first part is concentrated on account of basic concepts and approaches applied to creation of the wage and earnings system. In the second part is the real earning system confronted with theoretical pieces of knowledge acquired in the first part. On the basic of the pieces of knowledge and the survey, the recommendation is drawn to earnings system.
