Abstract:
Zobrazovací hmotnostní spektrometrie (MALDI MSI) je v současnosti hojně používaná pro stanovení a mapování přítomnosti biomolekul jako jsou proteiny, peptidy, nukleové kyseliny a lipidy. V této práci byla provedena optimalizace kryořezů pro tuto metodu za použití Danio rerio jako modelového organismu. In recent years, a matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI MSI) is abundantly used for determination and mapping of biomolecules such as peptides, proteins, nucleic acids and lipids.
