Práce je zaměřena na práva a povinnosti akcionářů, přičemž hlavním cílem je zaměřit se na rekodifikaci zákonů roku 2012, které se dotýkají akciových společností. Změna právní úpravy je uvedena jak v obecném pohledu na akciovou společnost, tak i na hlavní cíl práce, a tedy práva a povinnosti akcionářů. The work focuses on the rights and obligations of shareholders, with the main aim being to focus on the recodification of the 2012 laws relating to joint stock companies. The change of regulation is mentioned both in the general view of the joint stock company and the main purpose of the work, and therefore the right and duty of the shareholders.
