Cílem této diplomové práce je tvorba výukového programu, který se věnuje problematice moderních biotechnologií. Soubor multimediálních prezentací je rozčleněn na tři celky. Obecná část shrnuje základní techniky práce s nukleovými kyselinami, které jsou pro moderní biotechnologie klíčové. The aim of this thesis is the creation of educational program that addresses issues of modern biotechnology. Collection of multimedia presentations is divided into three parts. The general part summarizes the basic techniques for working with nucleic acids that are crucial for modern biotechnology.
