Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika vymáhání a placení daní a poplatků z pohledu zákona č. 280/2009 Sb., daňový řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Teoretická část práce se zabývá interpretací základních pojmů a zásad vztahujících se k danému tématu. The object of work is the issue of enforcement and the payment of taxes in terms of Act No. 280/2009 Coll., The Tax Code, as amended. The theoretical part deals with the interpretation of the basic concepts and principles related to the topic.
