Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na zavádění metody 5S v procesu výroby ve společnosti BOS Automotive Products s. r. o., přičemž cílem bylo analyzovat aktuální stav 5S na pracovišti a na základě teoretických znalostí navrhnout zlepšení pro odstranění případného plýtvání či jiných neshod s daným cílem společnosti. V teoretické části je uveden historický vývoj managementu od starověku až po 21. století, přiblížení normy ISO 9001:2016 a ISO/TS 16949:2016 pro lepší pochopení potřeby zavádět metodu 5S a hlubší teoretický pohled do tématu 5S, DMAIC a Ishikawa diagramu. Na základě nedostatků je vytvořen návrh změn, který by zvýšil efektivitu procesu a zlepšení vztahu se zákazníky.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on implementation of 5S method in assembly process of BOS Automotive Products s.r.o., where the goal was to analyze present state of observance of the 5S at a workplace and based on theoretical knowledge design an improvement to eliminate waste or other mismatches with respect of the company objective. In the theoretical part there is a historical management development from antiquity till 21st century, familiarization with ISO 9001:2016 and ISO/TS 16949:2016 for better understanding of a need of 5S implementation and its deeper theoretical background, DMAIC and Ishikawa diagram. Based on deficiencies the alteration proposal is created to enhance both the proces effectivity and customer relationships.
