Získané chromosomové aberace u dětských onkologických pacientů

Abstract:
Získané chromosomové aberace se nacházejí v somatických buňkách a mohou vznikat spontánně, při léčbě nemocných či u exponovaných osob. Poslední dobou probíhá výzkum důsledků různých druhů léčby onkologických pacientů (zejména léčených chemoterapií).
Abstract:
Acquired chromosome aberrations find in somatic cells and they may arise spontaneously, during course of treatment or exposed people. In recent times ongoing research consequencies of various types of treatment oncological patients (especially treated by chemotherapy).
