Bakalářská práce, je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V teoretické části identifikuje vlivy působící ve věcech územního plánování na hodnotu pozemku a ve věcech stavebního řádu vlivy na hodnotu nemovitosti a jeho použití při oceňování majetku. The Bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. In the theoretical section identifies influences in town and country planning and the value of the land in matters of building regulations affect the value of the property and it´s use in pricing the asset.
