Line and surface integral

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme křivkovému a plošnému integrálu. Nejprve se zabýváme teorií křivek, kterou využijeme pro zavedení křivkového integrálu I. a II. druhu. V další části práce si uvedeme, co rozumíme pod pojmem plocha v prostoru a následně se zaměříme na plošný integrál I. a II. druhu. Zkoumáme také různé aplikace křivkového a plošného integrálu, které se využívají v geometrii a fyzice. Práce obsahuje několik důležitých integrálních vět – Greenovu, Gauss-Ostrogradského a Stokesovu. Součástí kapitol jsou i řešené a neřešené příklady, které jsou určené k samostatnému vypracování.

Abstract:

In this thesis we study line and surface integrals. At the begining we focus on the theory of curves which we afterwards use to construct and describe the line integral of the first and the second type. In the next part of this thesis we recall the meaning of the surface in the space and then we focus on the surface integral of the first and the second type. Moreover, we present some applications of the line and the surface integral which are used in geometry and physics. This thesis contains several important integral theorems - Green’s, Gauss-Ostrogradsky, and Stokes’. Some solved and unsolved examples which are meant for individual working out are included as well.
