Tato bakalářská práce popisuje všechny druhy nákladů občanského soudního řízení, dále uvádí zásady placení a náhrady těchto nákladů. V neposlední řadě také zahrnuje konkrétní soudní případ s uvedením všech vzniklých nákladů, nezbytných k zahájení a dokončení daného případu. This bachelor thesis describes all the types of costs in civil proceedings; it also shows the principle of payment and reimbursement of these costs. Finally, it also includes a particular court case, stating all costs incurred necessary for the commencement and completion of the case.
