Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením vybraných pražských kaváren na Praze 1 pomocí metody mystery shoppingu. Pro tuto práci bylo vybráno 6 různých kaváren, které se svým konceptem podobají podniku My Bistro & Café, pro který bude výsledek hodnocení nástrojem zkvalitnění služeb. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of selected Prague cafes in Prague 1 with mystery shopping method. For this work were selected 6 different cafes with the concept similar to My Bistro & Café, for which the outcome of the evaluation will be a tool for the improvement of service quality.
