Effects of price of raw materials on profit of microbreweries
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje vliv ceny výrobních surovin na ziskovost minipivovarů. Téma jsem si vybral z důvodu, že minipivovary zažívají v posledních několika letech rozmach a stávají se stále populárnějšími. Zároveň osoby mně blízké se touto problematikou zabývají. V práci pracuji s analytikou financí, ale také se pokusím zjistit pomocí empirického výzkumu názor v menším souboru populace.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is focused on effects of price of manufacturing ingredients change on profit of microbreweries. I’ve chosen this topic because microbreweries are experiencing growth in the last few years as well as a surge in popularity.
