Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem nadpřirozena v kanadské nativní gotické literatuře. Práce demonstruje, jak domorodí autoři pracují s gotickým žánrem a přetvářejí jej, aby vyhovoval jejich politickým i uměleckým záměrům, a dávají mu jedinečné, kulturně specifické rysy.
