Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis procesu dozrávání oocytů v ováriích v návaznosti na průběh buněčného cyklu. Dále tato práce dává do souvislosti možnosti in vitro kultivace a maturace oocytů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis aims to describe the process of oocyte maturation in the ovaries following the course of the cell cycle. Furthermore, this work establishes a possible connection of in vitro cultivation and oocyte maturation.
