Práce se věnuje registraci obrazů buněk pouze na základě intenzit obsažených v obrazech, tedy bez využití uměle vytvořených, či jinak dodaných, registračních značek. This thesis is devoted to voxel-based registration of images of cells supplied by the Center for Biomedical Image Analysis by the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University. Similarity functions usable for this type of image registration are presented and compared according to their speed, accuracy and other charakteristics.
