Tato práce je zaměřena na kafetérní systém při poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V práci byly nejprve popsány na teoretické rovině zaměstnanecké benefity a odměňování pracovníků. Dále byl popsán kafetérní systém a jeho výhody. V praktické části práce byl ve společnosti XY na základě kvalitativní analýzy vnitropodnikových směrnic popsán systém benefitů a odměn. This work is recommended for the cafeteria system when providing benefits. In the thesis, employee benefits and remuneration of workers were first described on a theoretical level. The cafeteria system and its advantages were also described.
