Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat klima ve vybraných třídních kolektivech a vnímání těchto vrstevnických vztahů jejich třídními učiteli. Autorka si práci rozčleňuje na dvě hlavní část, a to teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy spojené s řešenou tématikou. The aim of this thesis is to map atmosphere of how the teacher perceiveces their students in selected classes.
