Abstract:
In this thesis in-situ tagging by parasite transfection, cell transfection followed by Western Blot (WB) and immunofluorescence microscopy methods were applied to the analysis of the endogenous localization of prioritized putatively mitochondrial Trypanosoma brucei proteins. Molecular cloning and generation of RNAi constructs were utilized for determination of essentiality.Abstract:
