Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fluorescenční značení trans-Zeatinu. V teoretické části jsou popsány cytokininy, jejich historie, struktura, biosyntéza, metabolismus, transport, přenos signálu a také fluorescenčně značené cytokininy. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on fluorescent labeling of trans-Zeatin. The theoretical part describes cytokinins, their history, structure, biosynthesis, metabolism, transport, signal transduction and also fluorescently labeled cytokinins.
