Sledování chování kalících médii pomocí moderních metod

Monitoring the behavior of quenching media using modern methods
Abstract:
Práce se bude zabývat analýzou povrchových jevů vzniklých při kalení oceli do různých kapalných chladících médií tak, aby bylo možné optimalizovat kalící proces z hlediska požadovaných vlastností kalené oceli. Pro snímání optických jevů bude využito tzv. quenchtestu v kombinaci s vysokorychlostním záznamem.
Abstract:
The work will deal with the analysis of surface phenomena arising during the quenching of steel in different liquid cooling media, so that it is possible to optimize the quenching process in terms of the required properties of hardened steel. The so-called quench test in combination with high-speed recording will be used to detect optical phenomena.
