Comparison of Audit Activities and Professional Chambers of Accountants and Auditors in the Czech Republic and Moldova

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje porovnání činností Komory auditorů v České republice a Asociace certifikovaných účetních a auditorů v Moldavské republice. Primárně jsou porovnávany právní úprava auditorské činností v obou zemích a dále i činnosti obou profesních organizací. První kapitola se zabývá historií vzniku auditu ve světě. Druhá kapitola je představením ekonomické situace obou porovnávaných zemí s cílem výstavby základu pro provedení komparace. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola popisují činnost obou profesních organizací a obě kapitoly jsou stejně strukturovány pro lepší porovnatelnost. V páté kapitole je provedena samotná komparace podle jednotlivých oblastí činnosti organizací a jsou zdůrazněny nejvýznamnější odlišnosti

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the comparison of the activities of the Chamber of Auditors on the Czech Republic and the Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors in the Republic of Republic of Moldova. Primarily there is described the regulation of auditing activities in both countries and the activities of both professional organizations are compared. The first chapter deals with the history of the audit in the world. The second chapter is a presentation of the economic situation of the two countries and presents a basis for the comparison. The third and fourth chapters describe the activities of both professional organizations, and both chapters are equally structured for better comparability. In the fifth chapter the actual comparison is made according to the particular areas of activities of the organizations and the most important differences are highlighted
