Ve své bakalářské práci navrhnu společnosti Atel Energetika Zlín s.r.o. model nové dceřin-né společnosti. V teoretické části načerpám informace z oblasti zakládání společností, sestavování účet-ních výkazů, analýzy SWOT a finanční analýzy. Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I will propose a model of new subsidiary for Atel Energetika Zlín s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part I will gather information from area of setting up of company, putting together of financial statements, analysis SWOT and financial analysis.
