Práce se zabývá právním postavením soudce v ústavním systému České republiky, vymezuje jednotlivé instituty právního postavení soudce a reflektuje judikaturu Českého Ústavního soudu, která se vztahuje k této problematice.
Abstract:
Work deal with the legal position of judge in the Czech legal system, define individual aspects of of legal position of judge and reflect relevant judicature of Czech Constitutional court which deals with this issue.
