Abstract:
This work deals with the basic characteristics of fillers such as particle size, particle shape, surface area and surface activity and their influence on mechanical properties of rubber compounds. Tato práce se zabývá studiem základních charakteristik plniv, jako je velikost částice, tvar částice, povrch a povrchová aktivita, a jejich vlivem na mechanické vlastnosti kaučukové směsi. Z praktického hlediska rozlišujeme bílá (minerální) plniva a saze. Rozdíly mezi jejich ztužujícími účinky nejsou dány chemickým složením, ale zejména velikostí, tvarem a povrchovou aktivitou částic.
