Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou společenské odpovědnosti (CSR) společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. a zhodnocením CSR aktivit. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou obecně popsány přístupy CSR a základní pojmy. V praktické části se diplomová práce zaměřuje na společnost ŠKODA AUTO a její CSR aktivity. Závěr práce obsahuje vyhodnocení provozovaných CSR aktivit.
Abstract:
The Master 's thesis deals with the issue of social responsibility (CSR) of ŠKODA AUTO a.s. and the evaluation of CSR activities. In the theoretical part of the Master 's thesis are generally described CSR approaches and basic concepts. In the practical part, the Master 's thesis focuses on ŠKODA AUTO and its CSR activities.
