Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo určit pohlaví u dětí ve věkovém rozpětí 6 – 15 let, u kterých byla v hrobě nalezena pohlavně rozlišitelná hrobová výbava a následné porovnání, zda zjištěné pohlaví odpovídá typu předmětu. Analyzováno bylo 14 jedinců z pohřebiště ve Znojmě-Hradišti, které je datováno do 9.-10. století. Pro zjištění pohlaví byly využity dvě metody. Jednak qPCR s využitím Investigator Quamtiplex …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was genetic sex determination of children skeletons of age 6 – 15 with gender specific grave goods and comparision between determined sex and grave good type. Source skeletal remains were found in necropolis in Znojmo-Hradiště, which is dated to 9th. - 10th. century. The sex was determined in 14 cases by two different methods.
