The Trends of the Mortgage Loans Markets in the Czech Republic in the Last Five Years

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the relationships between mortgage loans and selected macroeconomic indicators. For these purposes, the first part of the thesis theoretically defines both mortgage loans and their classification, as well as selected macroeconomic indicators, which are interest rates, GDP, inflation rate, unemployment rate, real estate prices. Cieľom práce je analýza vzťahov medzi hypotekárnymi úvermi a vybranými makroekonomickými indikátormi. Pre tieto účely sú v prvej časti práce teoreticky vymedzené ako hypotekárne úvery a ich členenie, tak aj vybrané makroekonomické indikátory, ktorými sú úrokové sadzby, HDP, miera inflácie, miera nezamestnanosti, ceny nehnuteľností.
