Diplomová práce je zaměřena na spolupráci členů multidisciplinárního týmu ve zdravotnictví. Předmětem zkoumání jsou především zkušenosti všeobecných sester s týmovou spoluprací na jejich pracovišti. The diploma thesis is aimed at collaborating members of the multidisciplinary team in health care. The experience of general nurses with teamwork in their workplace is the main subject of scrutiny.
