The aim of my bachelor thesis is the elaboration of the bank supervision in the conditions of Slovak Republic; it means to point out various regulatory institutions, their competencies and methods of the supervision . Cieľom bakalárskej práce je spracovanie problematiky bankového dohľadu v podmienkach SR, t.j. poukázať na jednotlivé inštitúcie regulácie, ich právomoci a metódy dohľadu. Vysvetlené sú príčiny a dôvody regulácie bankového sektora a načrtnuté sú možné tendencie v oblasti nového inštitucionálneho usporiadania bankovej regulácie.
