Methods of respiratory physiotherapy in cystic fibrosis

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Metody respirační fyzioterapie a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se snaţím vystihnout podstatu onemocnění. Popisuji historii a dědičnost CF, dále se zaměřuji na diagnostikování, klinické projevy a komplikace respiračního systému spojené s onemocněním a problémy gastrointestinálního traktu. Zároveň popisuji transplantaci plic, která je indikací v terminální fázi respiračního selhání. V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle a hypotézy. Dále rozepisuji metody respirační fyzioterapie a vyšetření. Popisuji zde sledované soubory a kazuistiky čtyř pacientů. V diskuzi hodnotím sledování pacientů a odpovídám zde na hypotézy. Shrnutí a přínos mé práce popisuji v závěru.

Abstract:

My bachelor work is concentrated on the Methods of respiratory physiotherapy and it is divided to practical and theoretical part. In the theoretical part I try to describe the substance of disease. I write about history and heredity of CF. Next I direct to diagnosis, clinical symptoms and complication of respiratory system connected with disease and problems of gastrointestinal tract. At the same time I decribe lungs transplantation, which is an indication of terminal period in respiratory failure. In the practical part are noticed the objectives and hypothesis. Then there are specified methods of respiratory physiotherapy and checkup. I inscribe here supervised files and casuistries of four patiens. In the discussion I evaluate the monitoring of patiens and I answer here on the hypothesis. Summary and contribution of my work I represent in the conclusion.
