Local thrombolysis in the arterial or venous river

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá lokální trombolýzou v tepenném a žilním řečišti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou trombózy a možnosti její léčby, kterou je právě trombolýza a mechanická trombektomie. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním dat z pracoviště angiografie ve FN Brno do tabulek a grafů. Z dat, která mi byla poskytnuta vedoucím bakalářské práce, jsem rozdělovala pacienty dle pohlaví, věku, metody a délky léčby, ale také jsem vytvořila přehled nejčastěji postižených cév a zjistila, v kolika případech bylo třeba provést PTA či implantaci stentu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with a local thrombolysis in the arterial and venous system. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with issues of thrombosis and possibilities of treatment, which are thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy. The practical part is focused on processing of data from the Department of Angiography, University Hospital Brno into tables and graphs. From the data provided to me by my bachelors thesis supervisor, I divided patients by gender, age, method and duration of treatment. However, I also compiled an overview of the most frequently affected blood vessels and found out how many cases required PTA or stent implantation.
