Protometric determination of iron and its binding capacity in serum suitable for automatic analyzers
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je prostudování literatury o metodách stanovené železa, obzvláště o vysoce citlivých fotometrických metodách. Součástí této práce je také jejich porovnání, výběr a doporuční metody pro stanovené iontů železa a vazebné kapacity vhodné pro stanovení v lidském séru na automatických analyzátorech.
Abstract:
The goal of this work is studying the literature on methods for determination of iron, especially for highly sensitive photometric methods. Another part of this work is the comparison, selection and recommendations set out methods for ions and iron binding capacity is suitable for the determination of human serum on automated analyzers.
