Protection of constitutional officials of the Czech Republic and the work of the protection team

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je popsána problematika ochrany ústavních činitelů České republiky prováděna ochrannými službami ozbrojených složek státu, především pak Útvaru pro ochranu ústavních činitelů České republiky. Cílem práce je popis pracovní činnosti ochranných týmu k zajištění bezpečnosti chráněné osoby. V teoretické části je za pomoci literární rešerše popsána historie ochrany osob, atentátů, druhy útočníků a způsob vedení útoků. V následujících kapitolách je rozepsána právní úprava, podle které se řídí ochranné služby České republiky, hrozby a rizika která hrozí chráněné osobě. Další část práce je věnována osobnímu ochránci, jeho vlastnostem, dovednostem a výcviku a také oddělením útvarů pro ochranu ústavních činitelů České republiky. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je popsána komplexní ochrana, jednotlivé druhy ochrany a její zajištění při doprovodu chráněné osoby. V praktické části práce je pak rozpracován pracovní den ochranných týmů, kteří mají na starost bezpečnost chráněné osoby během dne.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis describes the task of protection of constitutional officials of the Czech Republic, performance of the protective services of the armed forces and especially the Department for the Protection of Constitutional Officials of the Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to describe the activities of protection teams to ensure the safety of person in need of protection. The theoretical part describes the history of the protection of persons, assassinations, types of attackers and methods of conducting attacks with the help of literature research. The following chapters describes the legal regulations according to which the protective services of the Czech Republic are performed, the threats and risk a protected person is exposed to. Another part of the work is devoted to personal defence, its characteristics, and training of independent units for the protection of constitutional officials of the Czech Republic. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the complex protection, types of individual protection and its provisions when accompanying protected persons. In the practical part of the work is the overview of a working day of the protection teams, which are in charge of the safety of protected persons during the day.
