The Study of the Progressive Methods of Abrasive Machining Including a Research of the Possibilities of Compensation of Superfinishing by the Grinding Technology
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá experimentem, který obsahuje výzkum možné náhrady superfinišování technologií broušení. Nahrazení procesu superfinišování procesem broušení by snížilo náklady na superfinišovací stroje včetně nástrojů a také by snížilo celkovou dobu výroby dané součástky. Experiment byl proveden v kombinaci různých řezných podmínek, řezných kapalin, brousicích kotoučů a materiálů.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with an experiment which includes a research of possible compensation of superfinishing by the grinding technology. Compensation of superfinishing by the grinding technology would reduce a costs for superfinishing machines including tools and also it would reduce total component production time.
