Cílem této bakalářské diplomové práce je zhodnocení adekvátnosti zařazení manicheismu do badatelské kategorie gnosticismus. The goal of this thesis is a critical evaluation of current classification of Manichaeism as a Gnostic religion. The main theoretical assumption of this thesis is that if Manichaeism is to be classified as a Gnostic religion, it must share significant number of common features with Gnosticism.
