Cílem mé bakalářské práce je charakteristika stravenek, včetně dalších typů poukázek, se zaměřením na právní úhel pohledu dle současné české legislativy. Nezaměřuji se na stravenky pouze jako na motivační nástroj a na roli stravování obecně, ale také na právní úpravu cenin, kterými stravenky jsou, a na jejich srovnání s cennými papíry a penězi. The aim of my thesis is to characterize meal vouchers, including other types of vouchers, with focus on the legal point of view according to the Czech legislation.
