Práce se zabývá charakteristikou bezhotovostního platebního styku a rozborem relevantní právní úpravy. This work looks at the characteristics of cashless payments and analyses relevant legal regulations. The analysis of the relevant legal regulations mainly focuses on the new law Act No. 284/2009 Coll., about the system of payments, which came into effect Nov. 1, 2009.
